Smarter knowledge access: Profidata launches new AI-Powered documentation platform

Fast access to knowledge is becoming a critical success factor. That is why we have developed a new documentation platform for XENTIS and Prisma.
With the new documentation platform, our clients have access to all relevant information in one place and can use it more easily and intuitively than ever before. The platform brings together user manuals, release notes, “What’s New” updates, standard report descriptions and other product-related information in a single, centralised environment.
All content is interconnected and can be accessed with just a few clicks. This reduces search effort, accelerates day-to-day operations and provides a simpler, more efficient way to access Profidata’s knowledge base.

At the heart of the new platform is an integrated AI agent. Users can ask questions and receive immediate answers drawn directly from the documentation. Whether a query is submitted in German, English or another language is irrelevant. The AI agent understands context, identifies relevant content and quickly guides users to the information they need. This is particularly valuable when working with complex functionality and helps accelerate knowledge sharing across organisations.
