Yves de Naurois
Yves is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Arkus. With 30 years in asset management, Yves demonstrates a thorough understanding of portfolio management and the compliance of Risk Management Processes to regulations and best practice.
A member of investment and Risk Management committees since 1984 with major international private banks and asset managers, Yves has followed the increasing complexity of financial instruments over the past three decades. With his wealth of experience in implementing worldwide Risk Management processes and risk monitoring indicators, Yves has shared his experience with IRML's customers since he founded IRML in 2003 with Peter Jeffreys, a former Fidelity Investments fund manager and founder of Funds Research.
Yves is fluent in English and French.
Nicolaus P. Bocklandt
Nicolaus is an independent director of a diversified portfolio of Luxembourg regulated vehicles, as well as unregulated investment vehicles, including UCITS funds, real estate, alternative investment, and Shariah-compliant funds.
Nicolaus has over 25 years international experience working in the financial industry, covering all main aspects of investment management, asset and liability management, and risk management. He has worked in Brussels, London, Luxembourg, Munich, and Paris.
Nicolaus speaks English, German, Dutch, and French.
Jean-Christoph is a Partner/Co-Founder of ARKUS Governance Partners G.I.E., a platform of independent directors with the focus on risk-based governance, and acts as independent director of regulated and unregulated entities in Luxembourg and Germany.
Jean-Christoph has over 25 years working experience in the financial industry, with various experiences in credit, risk management, governance, finance and HR, in multicultural environments. For more than 15 years, he held various C-level roles as well as directorships in management companies, funds, banking branches and corporates in Luxembourg, Germany, Ireland and Spain.
Jean-Christoph is a member of ILA (Luxembourg Directors’ Institute) and of ArMiD (Association of Board Directors of the German Mittelstand). He acted as Member of the Board of ALFI (Luxembourg Fund Association) and Chairman of the ALFI Risk Management Committee for more than three years. Jean-Christoph holds a Master Degree in Economics from the University of Bonn and completed various courses for executives, e.g. the INSEAD Independent Directors Program (2016) as well as the INSEAD Germany IN-Board Program (2014).
He is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish.
